OUR STORY
Your Body, the Way You Want It
Admittedly, this business was created out of necessity following the nationwide Corona Virus shut down. The regular gym routine, that so many clients had relied on, abruptly ended. As trainers, we started receiving calls from our client's loved ones, reporting falls and begging for ANY kind of training program we would be comfortable providing.

Thus, Verb Fitness Hawaiʻi was created.

Currently our focus is on our kupuna (senior) population. These individuals are at a heightened risk for Covid-19 and are sometimes very isolated. Congruently, this is also the population that can suffer the most from inactivity and falls.

Covid-19 safety is of utmost concern to us at Verb Fitness, and trainers will be tested regularly. We comply with all CDC guidelines and take all possible precautions to prevent unnecessary exposure.
